Fixed Fee

We specialise in property conveyancing, both domestic property conveyancing and commercial property conveyancing. We firmly believe in a fixed fee for buying and selling houses. (Please see our property conveyancing fee section for details).

We wish to stress that our fees are fixed and guaranteed. We never add on any extras.
